Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using lumenandlattice.com or renting equipment from Lumen & Lattice Rentals ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms and to our Rental Agreement signed at pickup.

2. Eligibility

You must be 21+ with a valid government photo ID and a credit card in your own name to rent. We reserve the right to refuse service.

3. Bookings & confirmation

An online booking is a request, not a contract. Your reservation is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from us.

4. Pricing & payment

Daily rates apply. Weekly tier is automatic on 7+ day rentals. We authorize a refundable security deposit at pickup. Damaged or unreturned items are billed at retail replacement value.

5. Cancellations

Free cancellation 48+ hours before start. Inside 48 hours, one day's rental is charged. Same-day cancellations are billed in full.

6. Liability

Renter is responsible for the gear from pickup to return, including loss, theft, and damage beyond normal wear. Optional damage waiver limits but does not eliminate this liability — see Rental Agreement.

We may update these Terms; the "last updated" date will reflect changes. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
